Lunch Date @ Nutmeg, Bangsar Village II

Hi peeps! 

Last Friday was a pretty productive day for me, I would say. Dated my cousin sister at Nutmeg, Bangsar since we both don't have class on that day itself. Well, I've no class on every Friday by the way. Heard about this restaurant from a few friends and I also read some reviews about this restaurant, so I was telling myself, 'why not give it a try?'.

Was contemplating whether to give it a try or not because some reviews stated that it's not that good; but there were also some reviews which say it tastes good. pfft 

The ambiance of Nutmeg is pretty relaxing and cool, maybe due to the lighting? I kinda like dining in restaurant with such calm lighting. :D

Ordered their Nutmeg big breakfast for lunch brunch which costs RM28++. Chose breakfast meal instead of their main course for lunch, because that was my first meal of the day and I used to wake up late all the time, provided I've no class on that day. Anyway, their big breakfast comes with 2 eggs with any style (I chose poached eggs), lamb sausage, confit mushrooms, roasted tomatoes, a choice of fried cheese macaroni, house cured salted beef or salmon and toast. 

OM NOM NOM NOMSSSS...

We both ordered the same thing because we don't know what to eat. Provided I was thinking about their big breakfast all the time. I don't know why I just love big breakfasts. :D Back to this big breakfast, it was pretty filling actually. Never under-estimate them. LOL. Taste wise, I would say they taste good, but not as good as what I expected. Hmm..still prefer Antipodean's big breakfast as they're tastier and also cheaper. :D 

Went for some window shopping after our meals around Bangsar Village and also those shops outside the mall. Headed back to the cousin's place after that once we're done with our window shop. DUH? Need more to say? PHOTO TIME! :D Memang typical vain pots.

OKAY. I know you'll probably be like 'duh. how vain can they be?' Maybe I shall upload something better instead of us making funny faces.

Haagen Daaz Fondue Day!

Had Haagen Daaz's Chocolate Fondue with

Karyan, Ryan and Adrian last Friday at Mid Valley. 

Met up with Ryan at college, and off we go to Adrian's house.

but lack of $$$. :(  Had lunch at Spaghetti Grill.

The price was reasonable. It cost me for only RM9.90+ 

including drinks! :D RM9.90 with drinks included, for such a stingy person like me

consider as cheap already. Ngekngekngek!

Home sweet home after lunch. 

Twitterians Outing Session @ Pavilion

Yesterday, I was at Pavilion with Kar Yan, Ryan and Adrian.  Yeah, outing with the Twitter/Blogger kaki(s).

Karyan picked me up from my house around 11 plus and picked Adrian after that. First time sitting in her car, pretty fun though. We even camwhored in her car. Pumped petrol and off to Sri Petaling's Old Town for breakfast as it was the only thing popped out in our mind. Frankly, I don't really like the service of that Old Town. They serve food and drinks very slow and they often take the wrong order.

My breakfast of the day. 

Toast bread and Iced Enriched Chocolate.

I don't really fancy bread with butter and kaya. I still prefer it with jam. Although Old Town do serves bread with jam, but it comes with a thick toast, nah not what I wanted. D: So I think it's better to order their so called famous toast bread. Well, plus the price of it is much cheaper compare to the jam thick toast. I'm a typical calculative person. Spare me! *evil grins* All of us enjoyed our breakfast and not to forget the camwhore session!

Off to Pavilion right after our breakfast. Thank God traffic wasn't heavy! :D Adrian camwhored non stop in the car and he just can't stop making noise. Seriously, he talked a lot and his voice was super loud that you can go deaf. We managed to reach Pavilion on time! Ryan called us when we were about to call him. Timing so good right? So met up with Ryan at Body Shop.

After the balloon thingy, we went Snowflake for some dessert session. Thank you Mr Adrian for treating us adults. :D When's the next dessert session huh?

We camwhored like hell, even the snowflake's waiter got annoyed. Well, we camwhored like there's no tomorrow only we ordered our dessert. Obviously, he thought that we're just sitting down there without ordering anything. All of us ordered their best seller - Black Jelly ice with Taro balls. (if I'm not wrong)

Ryan left early due to certain circumstances, so left three of us only. Before he left, of course we girls must camwhore with his DSLR till kao kao first! We went over to Time Square to hunt some cheap clothes after Ryan left. Yeah, I know we very cheapskate buying Timesquare's clothings. Hey, who cares where you bought it right, as long as it's nice! =) *rofl Christine Liew's theory*

Walked around Time Square, level by level until we got exhausted, especially Adrian. He kept making noise, so in the end we went Shi-Lin (whatever you call it) to have our XXL chicken. NOM NOM NOM! 

Eat chicken only lor, no need show this kind of expression.

Finish eating and then off to Japanese food fair, my favorite! Bought some snacks to munch during the holidays. I think two days sapu all already! LOL. Adrian bought everything in green; while Karyan bought gummy-chocolate! =)
